ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1 Orders, Acceptance and Fulfilment

You can browse and place orders for our Products and Services through: www.taktik-tennis.com

1.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the Products and Services to you. At any point up until then we may decline to supply the Products and Services to you without giving any reason.

1.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by TAKTIK TENNIS™. After you place an order, you will receive an initial confirmation email from TAKTIK TENNIS™. When the order is shipped you will receive another email containing your shipping confirmation, tracking number and carrier information.

1.3 If we do not have all the Products and Services you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives. TAKTIK TENNIS™ reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of a Product being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

2 No resale

2.1 Products and Services are intended for end users only and are not authorized for resale. Unauthorized resale of products is prohibited.

3 Price and payment

3.1 The price payable for the Products and Services that you order is clearly set out on Our Website.

3.2 Prices include goods and services tax (‘GST”). If you show by your delivery address that you reside outside Australia, GST will be deducted at the payment point.

3.3 If the item you order is available in parts, you must pay us the full price of your order before we will send you any part of it.

3.4 If, by mistake we have under-priced Products and Services, we will not be liable to supply those Products and Services to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.

3.5 The price of the Products and Services does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed on a page of Our Website before we ask you to pay.

4 Shipping and delivery

Please keep in mind that with COVID-19 still impacting delivery orders may take longer than usual to arrive. This is especially relevant for international orders (outside of Australia)

4.1 TAKTIK TENNIS™ will pack the Products and Services in accordance with its standard practises. Title to the Products and Services and risk of loss will pass to you upon our delivery of the Goods to the carrier. You acknowledge that all scheduled shipment dates are estimates only. TAKTIK TENNIS™ will make reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled shipment dates, but in no event will TAKTIK TENNIS™ be liable for any loss, damage or penalty resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

5 Australian orders

5.1 Choose from Standard and Express Shipping. See prices and shipping times a checkout Free standard shipping applies to all Australian orders. All Australian orders use Australia Post services and have tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

6 International orders

6.1 Choose from Standard and Express Shipping. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3-28 working days depending on the shipping address. In a few locations around the world we don’t offer the express option.

7 Customs fees

7.1 Extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions: Asia, South America, Africa and some European countries that are not members of the EU. During the checkout process a message will appear for applicable countries once the shipping destination has been selected. TAKTIK TENNIS™ will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a Customer.
